Replacement procedure:

First of all we need a some pictures of the whole chandelier and of the broken part.

Then we’ll forward you an approximate estimate.
In order to see as the new pieces should be exactly, we would need an instance of the broken ones.
Therefore, you should send us one of the unhurt parts (for each of the different broken parts), because
unfortunately, a picture would be not enough to let the glassmaker carry out pieces that will be the same
as the ones the chandelier is made of.
