Shipment rates are electronically calculated during check-out, according to: the number of items, their price, country of destination and the type of selected service. In case rates are not available during your checkout process, “Marco Polo International II” will inform you within 24 hours about rates for shipping and delivery to your destination.
Shipment costs are always charged with your order. Therefore should you pay by credit card, the items price and shipping expenses will be billed together on your credit card.
MuranoNet will post, or arrange a courier on your behalf, for the goods ordered by you to the person and address you give MuranoNet at the time you make your order.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted.
All delivery times quoted on the web site are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are dispatched to you from our distribution centre.
All orders are processed within 72 hours from receipt of payment. Please note that items might not always be in stock at the time of order.
Some items are custom made and a few weeks might be needed before shipment.
For shipments to the so-called “remote areas" standard delivery times (from shipment to the actual delivery at your door) may slightly vary.
MuranoNet offers two shipping options. For some products, depending on weight and dimensions, only 'Courier' may be available.
POSTAL MAIL. Products are shipped to the final destination by priority mail. With this option, no tracking numbers are available: shipping is hence not traceable and we can't be certain about delivery times:

COURIER SERVICE. Shipping is traceable through the courier website. You will receive an e-mail (check even your spam folder if you don't receive anything) with all the shipment details once the products leave our distribution centre.
Glass is a fragile material. That's why we offer - included in the shipping cost - an insurance in the event of damages to the goods during shipment.
Should this be the case, the customer must contact us within 14 days after receiving the goods and send an email to our customer care with a picture of the damaged product. Read more here: Returns and warranties
LAST ORDER. Just before and during the Holiday Season and other festivities, delivery times could be slowed down due to the high demand. These inconveniences are not attributable to MuranoNet. In these cases, we recommend you to follow this LAST ORDER table:
