Penguin with two fishes inside - Murano Glass
This glasswork is executed "a lume". It means that a single master makes the piece using a light to fuse and to model sticks of colored Murano glass. The artist who execute this item is one of the most requested in this period, many younger masters tried to make the same as his subjects, but nobody had the same results in terms of quality and visual impact. This product has been handcrafted by Cristiano Balbi in his atelier in Spinea, near Venice, using the traditional Murano techniques.
