Twin Vases - squat

This Vase is made in Blown Murano glass vases with green and orange sunk canne. The Twin Vases come from the same concept by Romano Donà; one is tall whereas the other one is squat. The two vases have a rare and original double opening on the top: this feature requires a longer and more difficult processing than usual. In fact the whole structure is more likely to break apart while it's manufactured. That's why this finish is a real virtuosity within the reach of few glass masters.

Designed by Stefano Toso and handmade by Romano Donà in his Muranese atelier. The Twin Vases come from a private collection - composed by particular pieces - of which MuranoNet is treating the sale.
