Maria Grazia Rosin, born in Cortina d'Ampezzo, lives and works in Venice.
She was a student of Emilio Vedova at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, where she graduated in painting in 1983 and at the same time attends the IUAV.

In 1991 she began collaborating with the master blowers and produced her first works in glass.
Starting from this experience, the artist combines the visionary two-dimensionality of her large canvases with the plastic potential of glass, which over time becomes her main form of creative experimentation.
In 2015 she was awarded the Glass in Venice prize as the best international artist of the year by the Veneto Institute of Sciences, Letters and Arts.
She has exhibited since 1982 in important personal and collective exhibitions in Italy and abroad.
