Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1959, ive in Italy since 1980.
Miriam Di Fiore has been working and experimenting with the vetrofusione technique since 1985.

She's best known for being the first to experiment with the glass layering technique which allows to obtain a three-dimensional effect in the final image.
Her works genreally represent nature and forests and personal connections, memories and emotions that she associates with them.
Her fused landscapes are in many public and private collections and have been exhibited in numerous exhibitions around the world.
Di Fiore in 1999 co-founded Vetroricerca Glass and Modern, the first European Experimental Center in Italy, specialized in glass processing techniques in Bolzano.
She still lives and works in Italy where she has been teaching for more than 15 years.
In Murano he collaborated with Fabio Fornasier, Raffele Rossi, Fratelli Pagnin and others.
