Shipping service

MuranoNet relies exclusively on selected international couriers and reliable postal services in order to ensure safe and high-quality deliveries to customers worldwide.

Prices and shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process, based on the number of items ordered, their value, the destination country and the selected shipping method.

In the unlikely event that shipping rates are not available during checkout, Marco Polo Internazionale II sas will contact the customer within 24 hours to communicate the applicable shipping costs and available delivery options.

Prices displayed on the website are shown inclusive of VAT for deliveries within the European Union.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, prices are shown exclusive of VAT, in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

Payments

MuranoNet accepts multiple payment methods. The available options are clearly displayed during the purchase process.
Any applicable shipping costs are always charged together with the order, regardless of the selected payment method.

All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR). Any currency conversion fees applied by banks or payment service providers are borne by the customer.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 72 hours from receipt of payment.
Please note that some items may not be immediately available in stock at the time of ordering. Certain products are handcrafted or made to order and may therefore require additional production time. In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed.

Shipping, insurance and delivery

MuranoNet ships the products to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Delivery times indicated on the website are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, destination, customs procedures and the carrier’s operational conditions.

For deliveries to so-called “remote areas”, standard delivery times may be subject to slight variations.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer upon physical delivery of the products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping methods

MuranoNet offers multiple shipping options. Depending on the weight, dimensions or nature of the products, certain shipping methods may not be available.

Postal Shipping (Air Mail)
Products are shipped via priority postal service. This option does not include tracking; therefore, delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Indicative delivery times:
– Europe: 4–8 working days
– North America: 6–10 working days
– Rest of the world: 10–15 working days
– Remote areas: 12–18 working days

Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch.

Courier Shipping
Courier shipments are fully traceable. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the customer will receive an email with shipment details (customers are advised to check their spam folder as well).

Insurance and damaged goods

Glass is a fragile material. For this reason, shipping insurance against transport damage is always included in the shipping cost.

In the event that goods are damaged during transport, the customer must contact us within 14 days of receipt and provide a photo of the damaged product together with its original packaging.

In such cases, only replacement of the damaged item is provided, in accordance with the Return and Withdrawal Policy. Refunds are not issued for transport-damaged goods.
All costs related to the return and replacement of damaged goods, including any customs charges, are borne by the seller.

Holiday season notice

During the holiday season and other peak periods, delivery times may be longer due to increased shipping volumes. Such delays are beyond MuranoNet’s control.

For deliveries before Christmas, customers are advised to place orders no later than the following indicative dates:
– Europe: December 10
– North America: December 7
– Rest of the world: December 4
– Remote areas: November 30

Courier shipping is strongly recommended when available. Delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed.

Taxes and customs duties

Shipments within the European Union are free of customs duties.
For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
