Swedish glassworks specialized in the manufacture of cheap glasswares. Founded in 1898, it was acquired in 1913 by Johan Ekman who improved the quality of production thamks to the cooperation of artists such as Simon Gate after 1916 and Edward Hald after 1917, both pupils of the maestro Knut Berqvist. From 1928 to 1941 Vicke Lindstran worked for him, and from 1936 Edvin Öhrström and Sven Palmqvist. The firm specializes in generic glassware, ornamental glasswares and currently glass chandeliers as well.
