La Moleria was established by Pietro and Riccardo, sons of Paolo Ferro, one of Murano's preeminent master glassmakers.
The studio was envisioned as a space where individuals with innovative glass designs could bring their visions to life.
Despite their youth, the brothers leveraged their father's expert tutelage to immediately begin collaborations with globally renowned glass artists such as Lino Tagliapietra, Davide Salvadore, Philip and Monica Guggisberg, and Afro Cellotto.
Through their partnership, they introduced a novel line of glassware characterized by the battuto technique, marking a significant departure from the traditional styles typically produced in Murano.
Over time, after accumulating a wealth of experience and ideas from working alongside these illustrious figures, they began to market their original creations. Each of their pieces are unique and irreplicable, comprising vases and sculptures.
