Return, Withdrawal and Replacement Policy

This policy applies to consumers pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled in whole or in part by contacting us by email as soon as possible, preferably by replying to the Order Confirmation received.
If the order has not yet been shipped, it will be cancelled or modified at no additional cost.

Right of withdrawal

If the order has already been shipped, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send an explicit declaration (by email or letter) to the following contact details:

The withdrawal period is met if the notice is sent within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal and refund

In the event of withdrawal, all payments received will be refunded, excluding the shipping costs incurred for the delivery of the goods.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received.

Return of goods

Goods must be returned within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal, intact, unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes or import fees, are borne by the customer.
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
– goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
– unique, handcrafted or non-reproducible goods;
– goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned without risk of damage.

Damaged goods

In the event that goods are damaged during transport, the item will be replaced.
A photo of the damaged product next to its original packaging must be sent by email within 14 days of receipt.
In case of damaged goods, only replacement is provided and no refund will be issued.
All shipping costs and any customs-related charges for the return of damaged goods are borne by the seller.

Jurisdiction

For any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of this contract, the competent court shall be Venice, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights provided by law.
