Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions govern the offer and sale of products through the website www.muranonet.com and are drafted in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU on distance contracts concluded with consumers.

1. Seller identification

The seller of the products offered on this website is:

Marco Polo Internazionale II sas
Frezzeria – San Marco, 1229
30124 Venice (Italy)

2. Products, availability and prices

All products available on the website are intended for international sale to final consumers.
Each product page displays the main characteristics of the item and its sale price.

Glass products are handcrafted. As a result, not all items may be immediately available in stock at the time of ordering. Some products may be made to order and may therefore require additional production time. In such cases, customers will be promptly informed about the status of their order.

Prices may be changed at any time; however, such changes will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.
All prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT, calculated correctly based on the destination country in accordance with applicable regulations.

Any shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately during the checkout process.

3. Quality guarantee

All items sold are first-choice products made of Authentic Murano Glass.
Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, slight variations in shape, size, thickness, color or the presence of small air bubbles are to be considered inherent characteristics of the product and do not constitute defects.

4. Privacy and security

MuranoNet protects the confidentiality of its customers’ personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
For further information on how personal data is processed, please refer to the Privacy Policy section of the website.

5. Payments

MuranoNet accepts multiple payment methods. The available payment options are clearly displayed during the purchase process.
Payment of the total order amount, including any applicable shipping costs, is required at the time the order is placed.

Transactions are processed in Euros. Any currency conversion fees applied by banks or payment service providers are borne by the customer.

6. Taxes and customs duties

Shipments within the European Union are free of customs duties.
For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery in accordance with local regulations.

7. Shipping, insurance and delivery

Shipping methods, costs, estimated delivery times and available services are described in detail in the Payments and Shipping section, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Orders are generally processed within 72 hours from receipt of payment, unless otherwise indicated for items that are not immediately available or made to order.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer upon physical delivery of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

All shipments include insurance against damage during transport, as specified in the Payments and Shipping section.

8. Force majeure

MuranoNet shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its contractual obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, wars, terrorist acts, epidemics, transportation disruptions, communication network failures, or governmental actions.

9. Returns, withdrawal and warranties

The right of withdrawal, return procedures, refund conditions and the handling of damaged goods are governed by the Return and Withdrawal Policy, available in the relevant section of the website, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Customer service

For any information, request or assistance, customers may contact Customer Service at:

11. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

MuranoNet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website and will apply only to orders placed after such publication.

12. Jurisdiction

For any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms and Conditions, the competent court shall be Venice, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights provided by law.
